• Guests opting for Sharing Transfer will be provided with SUV transport. Seating arrangements cannot be pre-committed before the day, as it will depend on your location also pickup sequence.

  Private Transfer
• If you opt for private transfer, the SUV (for 1 to 6 guests) will be exclusively dedicated to your group. For private transfer

• Guests who reserve private car can request an earlier pick-up or extended stay, as the vehicle remains fully dedicated to your group.
  
  Without Transfer
• Guests booking without transfer will receive complete venue details (including location and contact person information) via WhatsApp and email upon confirmation and payment.
  
  Important Note
• For guests staying near Burj Khalifa/Downtown during New Year, roads maybe closed.
• In such cases, we may arrange an earlier pick-up or request you to reach an accessible location.

• Bookings without advance payment will not be considered confirmed.

• Cancellation Policy
• We understand that plans may change due to some emergency or other concern, so we are offering a smooth cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 15 days prior to the tour date will result in full refund
• Cancellations made before 7-14 days prior to the tour date will result in 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to tour commencement will result no refund
  
  Bab Al Shams Policy:
• If you cancel before 10th of December, you will receive full refund.
• Cancellation after 10th of December full charges will be applied and no refund in that situation.
  
  Refund Policy
• Cancellations will be confirmed within 4–8 hours.
• Refunds will be processed within 21 business days, depending on your card provider.
  
  No-Show Policy: Guests failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  
  Company Rights
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, or emergencies.
• In such cases, we may adjust or upgrade the event schedule, with at least 10 days’ prior notice provided to guests.
